Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Nestlight account and everything in it at any time. You don't need to sign in to read this page.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in at mynestlight.com, or open the Nestlight app.
- Open the account menu at the top of the screen and choose Settings.
- Tap Delete everything, then Yes, delete everything.
Can't sign in? Ask by email
Email hello@lyraflow.org from the email address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We'll confirm the request comes from the account holder, delete the account, and tell you when it's done. We never ask for health details to do this.
What is deleted, and when
Your account, profile, babies, feeding, pumping, sleep, diaper, growth and milestone logs, photos, preferences, and activity log. They are removed from our active systems without undue delay, and always within 45 days. Copies in our providers' routine backups are deleted as those backups rotate, within six months at most, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.
